"How do I set up an appointment?"
DM me on Instagram (@inkedbyzenia) with a picture of the design you want, where you want it and if its in black and grey or in color. Also include if its a cover up. I will then respond with instructions on how to book and appointment on my website.
"Does my deposit go towards my tattoo cost?"
Yes. Your deposit goes towards the total cost of the tattoo. I give full pricing in the booking instructions message.
"How do I reschedule?"
DM me letting me know and the reason at least 48 hours before your appointment time. You get one reschedule per deposit so if you have to reschedule again you will have to send another deposit.
"How do I cancel?"
DM me letting me know at least 72 hours before you appointment time and we can get everything taken care of. Please see cancellation policy below for more details.
"Can I use a previous deposit on a new appointment?"
If you, no-call-no-showed your first appointment, you will have to send another deposit. If you simply rescheduled you do have another opportunity to use the fist deposit you sent.
"If I'm bringing a friend, do we have to book two separate appointments?"
You can send one deposit for two appointments ONLY when they're appointments for matching tattoos. If its two separate designs it would need two deposits.
"Can I get my deposit back?"
ONLY if we have no reached the last 72-hours before the set appointment. I will never just cancel any appointment that I've already set. If for any reason I need to move the appointment due to emergency circumstances, we can reschedule to time, and keep the same deposit.
"I need a touchup. How do I book for that?"
DM me and I'll walk you through the appointment setting process.
"How to I take care of my tattoo?"
This is dependent upon what kind of dressing is used. If you've been wrapped with gauze and medical tape, take of the dressing an hour after its put on and clean it with soap and anti-bacterial soap. Don't scrub, just let the water run over it. For the following week, be sure to moisturize it twice a day with a thin layer of Aquaphor or A&D ointment. If you've been dressed with Sani-Derm, try to keep it on as long as possible. If applied correctly with minimal lifting, it can last until your tattoo finishes healing. Remove in the shower by pulling in the direction of your skin like a command strip. Do not submerge your fresh tattoo in water for at least the first week and keep it out of the sun. Alcohol, perfume, peroxide etc. can be harmful to your tattoo so if you're not sure about what to put on it just reach out to me and I'll let you know.
"I won a giveaway. How do I schedule for it?"
Your giveaway booking instructions should be in your DMs that declare you a winner.
